What is an Ioniser
An ioniser shoots negatively charged ions into the air in order to change the positively charged ions. This causes the positively charged ions to become heavier and drop. This reduces the chances of inhaling these positively charged ions.
How does an ioniser work
An ioniser disperses negatively charged ions into the room. A negative high voltage is applied to a needle in the device. The ioniser emits no fewer than 30,000 to 180,000 ions per second into the room. The negatively charged ions jump off the needle and attach themselves to positively charged ions (viruses, particulate matter and bacteria). Using artificial ionisation, you can restore the natural concentration of negatively charged ions. The voltage on the needle is high, but the power is low. The process is therefore completely safe.
